Join the Salford Foodbank staff team. We’re recruiting for a Volunteer Coordinator/Admin Assistant.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and encouraging individual to join our team in a part-time role. The role will focus on co-ordinating over 80 skilled and fabulous volunteers who fulfill a variety of roles across the Foodbank operation. You’ll be based in our Foodbank office and warehouse in Media City where you’ll welcome volunteers, arrange training and ensure our volunteers feel valued and informed. The role will also include general administrative duties within the office including welcoming visitors, accepting food donations and answering phone enquiries.

You’ll be joining a friendly team of 6 part-time staff all dedicated to supporting people living in poverty in Salford. Salford Foodbank is part of Trussell, a nationwide network of foodbanks.
