Referral Partners

Information for Referral Partners

We work with over 170 trusted referral partners – frontline services as well as local charities, organisations, schools and churches. We expect referrers to work alongside their clients to support them through their crisis, and where possible to help maximise their income.

We are a crisis service only. Our foodbank sessions offer a friendly and welcoming environment, but it is much better for someone to be in a position where they can go to a local shop, or a community grocery or food club to purchase and choose their own food. It is not sustainable for someone to use a foodbank for a prolonged period of time. This is why we ask referrers to have explored other options before making a referral to the foodbank.
