SWINTON GATEWAY & BROUGHTON HUB

31st December 2020

THIS HAS JUST BEEN ISSUED BY SALFORD CITY COUNCIL
“Following the new Tier 4 Restrictions, council receptions in the Gateways and the Broughton Hub will close from midnight 30 December 2020. You will still be able to access booked NHS appointments at the buildings.
Support from the council’s customer services will switch to online and phone. Our Spirit of Salford Helpline is set up for customers to get help, support and advice on lots of different issues. The helpline number is 0800 952 1000. Alternatively you can click on the ‘Tell us about any help needed’ button and send a request online
During COVID-19 we are also offering face-to-face chats via video calls to replace the drop in BetterOff sessions usually held in our Gateways. Chats can be booked here https://www.salford.gov.uk/…/bet…/cloud-coffee-and-chat/”
This will, of course impact on our service from Swinton Gateway and Broughton Hub.
We will announce here, as soon as possible, if we are able to offer some service from these venues.
