From 1st January 2022 Iain Wight, who has managed Salford Foodbank from 2020,  is stepping down to take on a new role within our Foodbank family.

Stepping up to the position of Foodbank Manager is Emma Rapley who joined the team in late 2020 as Warehouse Co-ordinator, but who has been shadowing the ‘Manager’ role since then.

We all wish her well in her new and challenging role, at a time when demand for our services is exceeding anything seen since this Foodbank opened over nine years ago.
